Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind after delivery.

Excluded items: skeins that have been wound into a ball for you, books, patterns or products whose packaging has been opened.

How do you arrange a refund?

Let us know by email which products you want to return
We will send you a label for the return shipment that you print at home

You pack everything securely and take the package to a DPD point within 7 days.
As soon as we have received the package (and the products are in their original saleable condition) we will refund you within 10 days via the same method as your original payment.
We will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund: €6.
You can also choose to arrange the return shipment yourself, or put the products in our letterbox personally, but always send us an email in advance with your order number and the products that you are going to return.
